Dieting.. everybody’s doing it!

..but just how successful have you been?

Since January 2007 I have been trying out a range of different diets in an attempt to finally get myself into shape after the festive period. I have decided to post all of my finding to publicize what has worked for me, and what can work for you.

Alot of the diets required me to purchase ebooks, at first I was quite weary, although once I began to see the results I thought it was well worthwhile. The ebooks to accompy the diets I followed had suggested recipies, and the strict rules and principles of each diet explained in some detail.

Some also contained abit of creative flare, such as things you can have to eat to replace your favourite snacks. This personally, provided me with the motivation I so desperately needed to follow through the diets, and achieve my ultimate goal of weight loss.

To accompany each diet, I have added my own scoring system. I hope that this will give you more of an insight to how I found following the diet.

The factors are:

Sustainability: How easy the diet was to maintain. Did it fulfill my needs?

Variety of Foods: Diversity of food groups included in the diet.

Quality of Results: How easy it was for me to lose weight on the diet.

Creativity included in ebook: How many new ideas I found in the ebook that helped me follow the diet.
